Requirements for partnership建立伙伴关系的要求：
• Full partnership and commitment to the Supplier Development program 全面伙伴关系和供应商发展计划的承诺
• Assigned internal project management team / ES Designee 组建内部ES项目管理团队/ 指定负责人
• Develop / Maintain a Supplier Code of Conduct开发/维护供应商行为守则
• Enforce ongoing transparency (“real records” - no manipulation of documentation/records) in all 
worldwide factories 确保全球所有工厂的透明度（“真实记录” - 没有操作的文件/记录）
• Close analysis and monitoring of all worldwide factories 密切跟进/监控全球工厂
• Maintain full scope self-appraisal (audit) report (every 6 months) 坚持每六个月提交一次全厂范围的自我审核报告
• On-going monitoring and factory remediation 持续监控并进行工厂改进
• Implement and adhere to Supplier Development Specialist’s recommendations 执行并坚持供应商发展专员的建议
• Supplier has no RED – FAILED factory in 2 year period 供应商在两年时间里没有发生审核结果为红灯的情况
• Willing to share best practices in Supplier Roundtable forums 乐意在供应商圆桌会议上与其他供应商分享好的操作

Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Build Relationships 建立伙伴关系
• Develop and build upon long-term factory relationships 发展并建立与工厂的长期伙伴关系
• Engage with factory workers, supervisors and management to formulate solutions, resulting in continuous improvement 与工人、主任、管理者一起寻找解决方案，实现持续改进
• Enhance skill sets and utilize resources to effect meaningful change 提升技能并应用资源以获得有效且意义显著的变化
Establish Internal Processes 建立内部流程
• Employ a management systems approach in all of your factory base 将管理体系应用到工厂中
• Ensure your factories are committed to implementing sustainable management systems (versus 
ineffective short term solutions)确保您的工厂致力于实施可持续管理系统（而不是无效的短期解决方案）
• Designate a person or team who will be responsible for social/environmental compliance within your entire supply chain 指定一人或团队在您的负责供应链的社会/环境合规事宜
• Work to exceed your own customers, expectations 努力超越客户的期望

Qualified 合格
• Passes all criteria set by the program通过程序设置的所有标准
• Able to sustain positive results能够保持积极的成果
Withdrawal 退出
• Not meeting milestones未达到里程碑的要求
• Lack of commitment缺乏承诺
• Not fulfilling required action plans不符合要求的行动计划
