3.1.10 社会责任 Social Accountability
3.1.10.1 所有工人的年龄都必须符合国家法定的工作年龄.
The factory must have not any workers in the factory / subcontractors / home workers that are below the law of national working age.
3.1.10.2 工厂须建立文件并记录每一个工人的年龄.
The factory should have documented evidence of EVERY workers age in file.
3.1.10.3 工厂支付给工人的基本工资必须符合当地政府所规定的最低工资标准.
The minimum wage paid by the factory should meet local government requirement.
3.1.10.4 工厂应对工人的基本工资不做任何的扣除.
Any deductions aren't made from their basic wages.
3.1.10.5 工厂的最大限度的上班和加班时间需符合国家法律规定.
The MAXIMUM standard hours worked and overtime by workers of the factory meet governmentrequirement.
3.1.10.6 工厂必须支付工人相应的加班费用.
The workers should be compensated for their overtime hours.
3.1.10.7 工人加班必须出于其自愿行为.
Overtime is voluntary i.e. can the employee decline to work over-time.
3.1.10.8 工厂必须保证工人的正常吃饭和休息时间.
Time is given for lunch breaks and normal (morning / afternoon) breaks.
3.1.10.9 所有的工人均自愿为此工厂工作而不是强迫的.
All workers come to work of their own free will.
3.1.10.10 工厂不得聘用任何形式的监狱劳工.
The factory do not use any form of prison labour in its operation.
3.1.10.11 工人有权加入他们自己选择的协会.
The workers are entitled to join any association of their choosing.
3.1.10.12 工厂应建立程序或通道允许工厂工人为提高他们的工作条件而提出意见的权力.
The factory have procedures in place that allow all workers to be represented with regards to their working conditions (e.g. union membership).
3.1.10.13 工厂应建立规定避免工人受到歧视.
The factory shall have procedures in place to avoid the worker being discriminated against.
3.1.10.14 工厂不应设置罚款的处罚规定.
The factory shall not have a disciplinary process operated within the factory.
3.1.10.15 工厂需为工人提供相关社会责任的内部或外部培训.
The factory provide on/off site training for employees.
3.1.10.16 工厂须为每个工人建立相关的培训记录以证明工人已接受了相关的社会责任的培训.
Training records are held for each worker that demonstrated the level of training the employee has received.
3.1.10.17 所有卫生间的门可以进入并可锁住.
ALL toilet doors are accessible and lockable.
3.1.10.18 工厂须建立正确的吸烟规定,即哪些区域可以吸烟,哪些区域不可以吸烟.
The factory have detailed the on site smoking policy.(i.e. where is smoking allowed / not allowed on the company premises).
