3.1.6 内部审核 Internal audit
3.1.6.1 工厂需对内部管理体系进行审核.
 The factory is requested to conduct an internal audit to verify the implementation of system.
3.1.6.2 内部审核人员须接受过正式的工厂体系审核培训.
 The auditor shall be trained and qualified in ISO.
3.1.6.3 内部审核员独立于其所审核的区域,比如品质审核员不能审核质量工作的区域.
 The internal auditor is independent rather than their own work related, i.e. the quality person can’t allow the audit to quality department.
3.1.6.4 工厂必须了解并体现审核持续改进的原则.
 The principle of continuous improvement can be fully understand and reflect after the internal audit.
3.1.6.5 工厂需制定年度的内部审核计划.
 An annual audit plan shall be formed before the factory internal audit.
3.1.7 工厂的基本建筑和结构 Building Infrastructure
3.1.7.1 工厂建筑应基本适合生产需要.
 The factory building is fit for production purpose. 
3.1.7.2 工厂有维修程序定期检查破损的门窗,破损的地板,裂缝的墙壁,破损的纱窗等.
 The factory shall have a weekly maintenance program to check for broken windows, holes in floor, cracks in the wall, damage to insect screens, general housekeeping, etc.
3.1.7.3 工厂应建立破损建筑的注意通知.
 The factory shall have created a principle of the notification of faults / damage to buildings that requires an attention on.
3.1.7.4 工厂应建立破损玻璃控制之程序.
 The factory shall have a Glass Breakage Policy.
3.1.7.5 工厂有硬制塑胶控制程序.
 The factory shall have a hard plastic (e.g. Perspex) policy.
3.1.7.6 工厂所使用到的灯具应是防碎的或受保护的.
 All the lights in the factory are “shatterproof” and protected.
3.1.7.7 外部访问者进入工厂应登记并赶写健康调查表.
3.1.8 健康和安全 - 消防 Health & Safety Fire
3.1.8.1 有专门的人员负责健康和安全等问题.
 The factory shall have a person designed to be responsible for Health & Safety issues.
3.1.8.2 工厂提供了足够的安全消防出口.
 Adequate fire exits are provided.
3.1.8.3 高于一层的建筑必须提供紧急逃生图.
 Fire escapes must have provided for buildings over 1 (one) storey high.
3.1.8.4 当工人在室内作业时,安全消防通道及其出口不能被锁死.
 The fire exits are unlocked whenever workers are on the premises.
3.1.8.5 所有的安全通道和出口应该清楚的识别并易于通行.
 All the fire exits are clearly identified and accessible.
3.1.8.6 生产现场应有足够的消防设备.
 Adequate emergency fire-fighting equipment shall be in place.
3.1.8.7 所有的消防设备应建立维修保养,且保存其记录.
 All emergency fire-fighting equipments are serviced with records kept.
3.1.8.8 工厂应建立紧急疏散与撤离程序.
 The factory shall have a fire evacuation procedure to guidance the leave when emergency.
3.1.8.9 工厂须安装消防警铃并确保可正常工作.
 The factory shall have a fire alarm installed and it is fully working all the time.
3.1.8.10 工厂应安装消防喷水系统.
 Water sprinkler systems are requested to be fitted.
3.1.9 基本健康和安全 Health & Safety - General
3.1.9.1 工厂应提供应急的急救设施.
 First aid boxes / facilities are provided to all employees.
3.1.9.2 有足够的人接受并进行过急救知识的培训.
 Appropriate people are trained in First Aid.
3.1.9.3 所有的伤亡或事故应有效记录.
 All injuries and accidents are recorded.
3.1.9.4 对事故进行有效地趋势分析,并采取相应地纠正与预防措施.
 Accident figures are analyzed for trends and corrective & preventative measures are reqired.
3.1.9.5 工厂应建立环境噪音的风险评估且需提供相应的个人防护设备,比如耳塞或耳套等.
 Noise risk assessments have been carried out and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued 
where necessary e.g. Ear Plugs.
3.1.9.6 须建立生产中的基本职业健康与安全的风险评估并提供个人防护设备.
 General H&S risk assessments have been carried out and appropriate PPE issued where necessary, e.g. steel toe capped shoes in tooling room etc.
3.1.9.7 所有的工人须正确接受相关个人防护设备使用的培训.
 All workers are fully trained in the correct use of any relevant PPE.
3.1.9.8 所有工作的区域应具有足够的光线.
 The lighting is adequate in all areas.
3.1.9.9 工厂有良好的通风和制冷/热控制.
The factory is well ventilated and adequately heated / cooled.
3.1.9.10 工人有权饮用干净的饮用水.
 The workers have access to fresh drinking water.
3.1.9.11 工厂应建立规定只能在指定区域进食而非工作场所.
 Workers aren't allowed to eat during in the factory.
