Zero Tolerances
绝对不能容忍的做法
1.Child Labor
童工
High Fashion does not permit the use of child labor.
达利公司不允许雇佣童工。
High Fashion defines “child” as anyone who is less than 16 years of age or the compulsory age for school attendance, whichever is the greater.
达利公司对“儿童”的定义为年龄在16周岁以下,或低于义务教育的在校年龄的,两者以更高者为准。
2.Prison Labor
使用服刑人员从事劳动
Vendor Partners shall maintain employment on a voluntary basis. There shall not be any use of forced labor, prison labor, indentured labor or any other form of compulsory labor.
达利公司的合作厂家应在自愿的基础上雇佣工人,不得使用强制劳工,监狱中的服刑人员,卖契约劳工或其他任何形式的非自愿劳工从事劳动。
3.Disciplinary Practices

High Fashion will not utilize Vendor Partners who use Corporal Punishment or other forms of mental or physical coercion.
达利公司不与对员工采取任何形式的体罚行为, 或其他身体和精神上的强制措施的商家合作。
4.Business Ethics
商业道德
High Fashion will not use Vendor Partners who knowingly and willingly engage in unlawful practices or acts of dishonesty.
达利公司不与公开的和有意的进行违法活动或不诚信的商家合作。
5.Failure to Meet Action Plan Commitments
违反已承诺的责任
High Fashion will terminate our business relationships with any Vendor partner who knowingly fails to meet previously agreed to Action Plan Commitments.
达利公司将终止与任何被发现违反已承诺的责任的合作商在业务上的关系。
