WAL-MART验厂咨询-沃尔玛供应商安全管理要求与问卷填写指引

沃尔玛的政策规定，供应商必须建立工厂安全管理制度，防止未申报货物混入发运货物中。此类未申报货物包括毒品、生物制剂、爆炸物、武器、放射性物质、非法移民及其他违禁品。

供应商必须遵守所有管辖违禁品销售、使用或运输的国内法律法规，并应配合地方、国家及外国海关机构，防范违禁品的非法运输。

在沃尔玛选定供应商 / 工厂之前，必须回答以下问题。对于任何否定答复（“否”），需制定 “行动计划”。所有问题均需以 “是（Yes）、否（No）或不适用（NA，Not Applicable）” 作答 —— 若选择 “不适用（NA）”，需在 “备注” 栏对应的空白区域说明原因；适当时，还需在备注栏补充相关说明。沃尔玛审计员执行审计时，将填写 “沃尔玛专用（WM Use Only）” 栏目的内容。
