All information must be accurate and consistent, including the correct factory name and location, the name of the shipper, description and quantity of the contents, the correct BDA consignee name and address for each BDA destination country 
所有信息必须确保准确、一致，包括工厂名称、地址、发货人、产品内容描述和数量、正确的 BDA 收货人姓名以及每一个 BDA目的地国家的地址。
Packing List must indicate the correct container seal # and gross weight of the actual cargo 
装箱单必须显示正确的集装箱封条号和实际货物的毛重。
Submit a detailed description of the merchandise and all other required information 48-72 hours PRIOR to cargo consignment to the BDA designated overseas freight forwarder / steamship line. This will allow them to file a Vessel Cargo Declaration electronically with Customs well in advance of the vessel loading at the port of origin 
请在货物装运前 48-72 小时将商品的详细描述以及货物托运的其他必要信息交给 BDA 指定的海外货运代理人/船公司。这样对方能够在起运港装船之前递交电子文件给海关进行船舶货物申报
Your failure to do so will result in shipment delays and refusal of the container by BDA’s freight forwarder and the steamship line. 
若未能按照上述程序进行，可能会导致货物装运延期，BDA 货运代理人或是船公司因此可能会拒运该集装箱。
Provide BDA’s freight forwarder (if shipping documents are presented overseas) or customs broker (if documents are presented in the U.S.) with all the required shipping documents WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE CARGO CONSIGNED DATE 
在货物起运之日起 48 小时内将所需货运单据提交给 BDA 货运代理人（如果货运单据要提交海外）或清关代理（如果单据要提交美国）。
Your full and timely compliance will help BDA’s customs broker expedite customs clearance at the destination country, and minimize customs examination of the cargo 
您全面及时的遵从配合将加快 BDA 的清关代理在目的国家的海关清关，并最大程度的减少海关查验货物。
