Bensussen Deutsch & Associates (herafter BDA), as a member of C-TPAT (Customs and Trade Partners Against Terrorism), is requesting that our foreign suppliers develop and implement a comprehensive plan to enhance security procedures throughout all operations. BDA together with our vendor’s, must continue to work cooperatively to implement a sound plan to enhance security procedures throughout the entire supply chain, from the factory door to the final BDA Distribution Center. 
Completion and submission of this security profile is essential to qualify as a BDA supplier. Periodic reviews of vendor’s processes and facilities are conducted based on risk, and all vendors must maintain the security standards required by BDA.

We ask that the President or Officer or Owner of the BDA supplier sign to confirm your full understanding and cooperation. If you are NOT the actual factory producing merchandise for BDA, please ask the President or Officer or Owner or General Manager of EACH factory that you are using for all active BDA orders to sign and confirm its full understanding and cooperation.
